Returns

How to Return  

No returns on hair extension sales the only exception is if a mistake was made by the company. We recommend sending the items back with a tracking number. We are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail.

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

Please contact me at wisal.rahim@yahoo.com or fill out the form on the contact page. Incorrect items can be returned if unwrapped, with original packaging and lace attached on full lace units.
