Cancellation Policy
READ ******DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Whether you have to reschedule or not you will have to go re Book snd pay another deposit. I also have bundles for ponytail & bond-in services they have to be purchased before you book the service. If you are 15 mins late YOU WILL BE CANCELED if you are a no call no show you will have a charge of full balance before you can return. Please come alone there are limited seating on the waiting area. Please come with hair taken down and detangled ready for shampoo. If you have any dislikes please let me know before you leave, once you leave there will be no refunds or restyling unless a restyling fee will be due! All payments are non refundable non transferable ! Remaining balance is due in cash or zelle , cashapp is not accepted.I am really a perfectionist and I like things a certain way Please Please schedule on a day that you have time I may sometimes run over to insure you get the style you desire.
